30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

How to Return

1. Contact us at our support page with your order number
2. We'll provide a return shipping label (free for defective items)
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
